How do I book a transfer or tour?
Use the booking form on any tour or transfer page, or send us a WhatsApp message. You'll receive a reservation number instantly and confirmation from our team shortly after.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Most bookings are Pay Later — you pay on the day in cash or by card. For private yachts and peak dates we may ask for a small deposit.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so your driver will be waiting when you land — at no extra cost.
Are child and baby seats available?
Yes, free of charge. Please specify how many you need when booking.
Are transfer prices per person?
No. Transfer prices are per vehicle, for your whole group.
Can I cancel my booking?
Transfers and group tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. See our Cancellation & Refund Conditions for details.
How can I check my reservation?
Go to My Reservation and enter your reservation number with the email or phone number you used.
Are you a licensed agency?
