With hourly service, the car and driver stay with you for the agreed time between meetings, your hotel and stops in the city. For daily service we plan the hours and stops for each day with you.
A daily booking does not mean unlimited hours or unlimited kilometres. Service hours, included kilometres, waiting, overtime, parking and tolls are listed separately in your quote. For multi-day requests you can set start and end times and stops for each day.

Yes. In the Private Transfer tab choose hotel → COP31, search for your hotel or type your address and enter your departure time. You can request one way or return.
Yes. Choose airport → COP31 and enter your flight number and arrival time. Our team confirms the pick-up time based on your flight details.
Yes. Choose COP31 → hotel or COP31 → airport. For airport drop-offs enter your flight departure time and we will confirm a safe pick-up time with you.
A one-way transfer is a single ride. A return transfer is two separate rides: the outward trip and a return at the time you choose.
No. On a return transfer the car leaves after dropping you off and comes back at your return time. If you want the car to stay with you, use the Chauffeur Service tab.
With hourly service the car is with you for the agreed time. With daily service the hours and stops for the day are planned in advance. Included hours, kilometres and waiting terms are stated in your quote.
Yes. You can add a date, start and end time and stops for each day, copy one day's plan to other days and then edit them individually.
Yes, we accept requests from hotels in these areas to the COP31 venue. You can also request other addresses; where possible we prepare an individual quote.
Private transfers and chauffeur service are priced per vehicle. Your quote states clearly whether the price is one way or return and what it includes.
It depends on the service. Your quote lists what is included and what may be charged separately, such as waiting, parking, tolls, overtime and extra kilometres.

Yes. Enter the number of child seats, your luggage and any notes in the form. We suggest a vehicle with suitable capacity in your quote.
Yes. In the Group / Corporate tab you can share participants and vehicles (or ask for a suggestion), dates, hotels and your schedule in a single request.
No. The transfer covers transport only and does not provide event access, accreditation or Blue Zone entry. Vehicle access follows the organisers' traffic and security plan.
